Title: Why the "Cosmic Horizon" is not a horizon (well, it sort of is really)

Abstract: A recent recasting of FRW cosmology has revealed the presence of a "cosmic horizon", from which constraints on the nature of dark energy have been made. We will show that the interpretation of this "Cosmic Horizon" is incorrect, and no additional cosmic constraints can be gleaned from this change of coordinates. However, our analysis reveals an intriguing new cosmic coincidence, which, as yet, has no reasonable explanation other than chance.
